وزير الخارجية الالماني يؤكد تقديم الدعم للمسيحين في العراق

اكد وزير الخارجية الالماني فرانك فالتر شتاينماير خلال استقباله وفدا يمثل الكنيسة العراقية في برلين ضم أساقفة من الكنائس ،اكد تقديم الدعم للمسيحين في العراق لاسيما المساعدات الانسانية. الاساقفة الذين يمثلون الكنائس الكاثوليكية الثلاث في العراق قدموا افادة الى شتاينماير عن اوضاعهم في البلاد، وعن تدهورها منذ خمس سنوات وان الضغوط عليهم تزايدت بشكل كبير مما زاد من هجرة المسيحيين. وطالب الاساقفة الحكومة الالمانية ان توفر وضعا قانونيا للمهاجرين المسيحيين في المانيا وتيسير اجراءات لم شمل الاسر. متحدثش باسم وزارةالخارجية اشارالى ان وزارة الخارجية الالمانية تبرعت بنحو أربعة ملايين يورو هذا العام لتقديم مساعدات انسانية للاجئين المسيحيين في العراق والدول المجاورة.
German FM receives Iraqi Church delegation

Germany's Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier received a delegation from the Iraqi church in Berlin and vowed to support the Christians in Iraq mainly by providing humanitarian aids. The bishops from the three Christian churches represented in Iraq informed Steinmeier about their situation in the country. They reported as well that the situation of Christians in Iraq has drastically worsened five years ago while affirming that pressure on them is increasing which is leading them to immigrate. The bishops asked the German government to ensure the legal status of Iraqi Christian migrants in Germany and ease ways to reunite families.
According to a spokesman from the Foreign Ministry, the Foreign Ministry had donated around four million euros this year towards humanitarian aid for Christian refugees in Iraq and neighboring countries.
